2017.12 report

We decided this month to decommission Vimeo infrastructure in favor of moving to YouTube (#56). See bisq-network/dao#22 for details. We'll leave Vimeo in place until this transition is complete, though, to make sure that our existing videos remain available in the meantime, etc.

Didn't get around to decommissioning Vimeo yet. Still need @ManfredKarrer to grant access per bisq-network/dao#22 (comment). It's fine that we waited though; now that our YouTube channel is all set up with various channels, etc, it will be pretty easy to move the content over from Vimeo.

No progress in decommissioning Vimeo. I've just pinged Manfred in bisq-network/dao#22 about getting credentials so we can do this.

No progress actually decommissioning Vimeo, but I do have @ManfredKarrer's Vimeo credentials now, so it is at least possible. I'm going to ping @ripcurlx about taking this effort over in bisq-network/dao#22.
