There are many tickets that come from new users and not sure how to proceed. I believe the solution is to have a "most asked questions" bullet point list filled with the most common issues new users face and have that as a way to avoid some of the pointless mediations we are seeing.
On my case the most common issue I see is still one of the parties not responding, usually the seller.
A big issue we still haven't taken measures over is the fact that a buyer is able to wait 10 days to make a payment and he will receive no penalty, similarly a seller can wait many days before releasing the btc an as long as the funds don't get to the donation address he will receive his funds like nothing happened. Whenever this happens this makes it a huge impact on the user who is obviously frustrated and has been penalized with time when they did nothing wrong.
Will create a new data directory soon, this one is getting too old. Plus will add as a language Spanish. Talked about it with Steve and it's a good idea that one of the mediators can answer in Spanish so will make sure that stands out for users who find it easier to communicate that way.

I have been available on Keybase everyday dealing with any issues concerning the mediation tickets I've been assigned to or questions of any kind.
Have opened discussions about some bugs bisq was experiencing.
I have been in contact with devs, informing them of any bugs that were occurring or suggestions I had to solve the problems that bisq was facing.
Have made 1 manual payouts.

Reassigned new issues to myself and verified all the information provided is correct
Completed the Batch reimbursement 366 with the help of Sentineo and we were able to make the payout for all the outstanding cases pending since October.
Finalized the passing on the know-how of the process. Commented it briefly on the Bisq.wiki
