Resolves #1625

  • Introduce the Cathash images. (*)
  • Prepare Cathash image set.
  • Add configuration to generate the user avatars.

Will follow-up with more PRs, especially towards:

  • Rename Robohash to Cathash in the remaining parts of the code.
  • Give ears a small shadow to distinguish from same colour background.
  • Consider feature to go back to previous generated avatars (as discussed and suggested by cbeams).

(*) The images were delivered by https://github.com/pedromvpg.
