From this morning i've this issue:

Same issue now in rest_of_world as was in North America: BMW has added a captcha.

Old issue: #667

I'll have a look if we can reuse/adapt the code.

Same issue, I am using "rest of the world", but the problem is for both cars

Yes, if you have existing refresh tokens, it will continue to work

OK, same here (Australia), similar timing, very much looks like same issue. Reported in #673, but the timing is too coincidetal to not be the same.

Fixed by #675 / release 0.17.0 for the command line.

For the Home Assistant integration, we're still working with the HA Core team on further options (see home-assistant/core#129667 (review)).
