Convert AZ Publication from Experimental to Stable

The following tasks/questions should be done/answered before marking the AZ Publication module Stable.

After all of the needed improvements are made to AZ Publications, we should change its module package

• Change module package from The University of Arizona - Experimental to The University of Arizona
• Update quickstart.arizona.edu documentation to indicate the module is no longer experimental
• Add more views features
• Clean up display of az_publication
