Update dependencies to match aws-iot-device-sdk 1.19.1: https://mvnrepository.com/artifact/software.amazon.awssdk.iotdevicesdk/aws-iot-device-sdk/1.19.1
This includes a change to stop limiting port numbers to 16 bits (now 32 bits).
