What happened?

S3 allows restoring objects. Consider this request:

$ aws s3api head-object --bucket mybucket --key mykey

Technically it is in glacier but it has been restored.

Trying to access it:

root@64cd9a7add82:/work# mount-s3 mybucket mnttarget --foreground --read-only

and then:

root@64cd9a7add82:/work# head mnttarget/mykey
head: cannot open 'mnttarget/mykey' for reading: Permission denied

Relevant mountpoint logs:

And rightfully, get-object calls do work:

aws s3api get-object --bucket mybucket --key mykey foo.txt

I'm fairly certain this is a bug:

I believe the correct behaviour would be to additionally check Restore
