… group (#20821) This adds `deregistration_delay.connection_termination.enabled` attribute to the `NetworkTargetGroupProps` as `connectionTermination`. This is [specific to Network Load balancers](https://docs.aws.amazon.com/AWSCloudFormation/latest/UserGuide/aws-properties-elasticloadbalancingv2-targetgroup-targetgroupattribute.html).
