Initial support for localizing the app. The display language used is selected based on the "best" language available considering the system's ranked languages installed and the languages available, with English as the fallback.
The project is also set up on Weblate now which has been pushing changes to this branch temporarily, and we already have our first full-translation contribution from that: French, thanks a ton @clyhtsuriva!
