The NERD Commenter (1) plugin allows dynamic commenting via hotkeys with language syntax awareness. The "NERDSpaceDelims" config is enabled to automatically add spaces after comment delimiters. References: (1) https://github.com/scrooloose/nerdcommenter GH-71
