Add the NERD Commenter plugin dynamic commenting hotkeys with language syntax awareness.

The NERDSpaceDelims config should be enabled to automatically add spaces after comment delimiters.

Add and configure the "NERD Commenter" plugin

The NERD Commenter (1) plugin allows dynamic commenting via hotkeys with
language syntax awareness.

The "NERDSpaceDelims" config is enabled to automatically add spaces
after comment delimiters.
