…39986) This enables the use of libarrow from rtools. This is currently only possible by cross compiling manually but will be part of a future rtools version. Describe the enhancement requested
Currently the only option on windows is to use precompiled binaries or a local dev build of libarrow. Future rtools versions will hopefully contain a libarrow version we want to use if available.
