Use DB_USER and DB_PASSWORD instead of DB_ADMIN_USER and DB_ADMIN_PASSWORD

The other RDBMS are using DB_USER and DB_PASSWORD.

It would be nice if we could keep those in common as it simplifies things.

Sorry for the delayed response. There are two kinds of users we are dealing with. Admin user and regular user. Hence we need that distinction.
