Port remaining package presenters to format objects

#550 introduced a new approach to express encoding and decoding formats. We should port the existing presenters to format objects with encoders (represented by this issue) and in the future add decoding and detection capabilities as needed.

Formats that need to be ported:

• Syft JSON Introduce new format pattern + port json processing #550
• CycloneDX Port cyclonedx presenter to format object #589
• Text Port the text presenter to a format object #604
• Table Add table format object  #586
• SPDX JSON Add SPDX JSON format object #584
• SPDX Tag-Value Add SPDX tag-value format object #605
