Placeholder schemas were a transitionary state between Whitehall and other publishing apps. They are now redundant so can be removed. Where they were used in specs, they have been swapped to the "generic" schema.

The "placeholder" schema was removed a while ago (alphagov/publishing-api#2493) with the intention of specs switching to using the "generic" one
