Add People Into The Project

To allow new people direct access, go to https://github.com/orgs/algorithms-in-action/people and click Invite Member. This works on GitHub usernames and emails, so they will need an account already.

There are two Roles, "Members" and "Owners". The main difference is that Owners can manage the list of people with access, so Member will suffice for people making regular changes.

Note that making a Pull Request doesn't require write access, so anyone can do that (a Member or Owner still has to approve/deny it, though).
