Update includes:

Updated truth.py to run over all madgraph weights
Added histograms.py to create all MG/Pythia plots relevant to the analysis
Added ratio_information.csv which contains all relevant MG/Pythia information neatly
Added runtruth.sh to run truth.py over multiple masses
Updated the readme
