Revisit structure and get rid of submodules

Following up on adobe/helix-cli#614

The submodules and the strains where built to support multiple content repository and local development: the local checkout of the submodules allows to navigate locally to those websites. I think the helix-cli supports now this use case via the strains and the urls. We could get rid then of the submodules.
