The package in base-64-lts 21.4.0 is gitea-1.13.4nb13.tgz but 1.15 was released last summer and 1.16 a few day ago.
It would be great to have one of these as significant improvements were introduced in 1.15.

Kind regards

Is it something you would consider being maintainer for? The current maintainer hasn't been active for quite a while.

Is there a good, up to date, tutorial or blog entry to get started building packages for SmartOS ?

The latest gitea version has been pushed into trunk you can find more details in the pkgsrc-changes list. Additional to that a binary package could be found for the 2021Q4 branch atskylime-extra.

Additional to your second question, have a look at in the wiki.

Thanks a lot for this !
I wanted to give it a try but failed to install it ("pkg_add: unable to verify signature: Signature key id 4c5fa701f7d8ac9b not found").
I try to play with VERIFIED_INSTALLATION=trusted or never but it didn't help.
Thanks anyway

Yea sorry, our packages are signed by SkyLime. You can find an GPG key file which contains the Joyent and SkyLime public key here: https://github.com/skylime/mi-core-base/blob/master/copy/opt/local/etc/gnupg/pkgsrc.gpg

(Backup and) replace the existing /opt/local/etc/gnupg/pkgsrc.gpg with the file you downloaded.

# fs 1.5.2
* `file_create()` and `dir_create()` now return the correct path when
  `...` arguments are used (@davidchall, #333).

* `dir_create(recurse = FALSE)` now correctly handles `...` arguments
  (@davidchall, #333).

* `file_exists()` now expands `~` again (#325).

* `dir_copy()` works when `path` has length >1 (#360).

# fs 1.5.1
* Gábor Csárdi is now the maintainer.

* fs is now licensed as MIT (#301).

* `dir_create()` now restores the previous umask (#293)

* `file_exists()` is now much faster (#295)

* `options(fs.fs_path.shorten)` can now be used to control how paths
  are shortened in tibbles. The default value is "front", valid
  alternatives are "back", "middle" and "abbreviate". (#335)

* `options(fs.use_tibble = FALSE)` can now be used to disable use of
  tibbles (#295).

* `path_tidy()` now works with non-UTF8 encoded paths (@shrektan, #321).

scales 1.2.0
New features

    label_number():

        New style_positive and style_negative argument control how positive and negative numbers are styled (#249, #262).

        The prefix comes after the negative sign, rather than before it, yielding (e.g) the correct -$1 instead of $-1.

        New scale_cut argument enables independent scaling of different parts of the range. This is useful in label_dollar() to support scaling of large numbers by suffix (e.g. “M” for million, “B” for billion). It can be used with cut_short_scale() when billion = thousand million and cut_long_scale() when billion = million million (initial implementation provided by @davidchall). Additionally, the accuracy is now computed per scale category, so rescaled values can have different numbers of decimal places (#339).

        label_number_si() is deprecated because it previously used short scale abbreviations instead of the correct SI prefixes. You can mimic the previous results with label_number(scale_cut = cut_scale_short()) or get real SI labels with label_number(scale_cut = cut_SI("m")) (#339, with help from @davidchall).

    label_bytes() now correctly accounts for the scale argument when choosing auto units (@davidchall, #235).

    label_date() and label_time() gain a locale argument that allows you to set the locale used to generate day and month names (#309).

    New label_log() displays the base and a superscript exponent, for use with logarithmic axes (@davidchall, #312).

    New compose_trans() allows arbitrary composition of transformers. This is mostly easily achieved by passing a character vector whenever you might previously have passed the name of a single transformer. For example, scale_y_continuous(trans = c("log10", "reverse")) will create a reverse log-10 scale (#287).

Bug fixes and minor improvements

    breaks_width() now supports units like "3 months" in the offset argument.

    col_quantile() no longer errors if data is sufficiently skewed that we can’t generate the requested number of unique colours (#294).

    dollar(negative_parens) is deprecated in favour of style_negative = "parens".

    hue_pal() respects h.start once again (#288).

    label_number_auto() correctly formats single numbers that are greater than 1e+06 without an error (@karawoo, #321)

    manual_pal() now always returns an unnamed colour vector, which is easy to use with ggplot2::discrete_scale() (@yutannihilation, #284).

    time_trans() and date_trans() have domains of the correct type so that they can be transformed without error (#298).

    Internal precision(), used when accuracy = NULL, now avoids displaying unnecessary digits (@davidchall, #304).

scales 1.1.1

    breaks_width() now handles difftime/hms objects (@bhogan-mitre, #244).

    hue_pal() now correctly inverts color palettes when direction = -1 (@dpseidel, #252).

    Internal precision(), used when accuracy = NULL, now does a better job when duplicate values are present (@teunbrand, #251). It also does a better job when there’s a mix of finite and non-finite values (#257).

    New oob_keep() to keep data outside range, allowing for zoom-limits when oob_keep is used as oob argument in scales. Existing out of bounds functions have been renamed with the oob_-prefix to indicate their role (@teunbrand, #255).

    ordinal_french() gains plural and gender arguments (@stephLH, #256).

# htmltools 0.5.4

## New Features

* Added  a   new  `bindFillRole()`  function  for   modifying  `tag()`
  object(s) into tags that are allowed to grow and shrink when their
  parent is opinionated about their height. See `help(bindFillRole,
  "htmltools")` for documentation and examples. Note the primary
  motivation for adding these functions is to power `{bslib}`'s new
  `card()`        API        (in        particular,        [responsive
  sizing](https://rstudio.github.io/bslib/articles/cards.html#responsive-sizing))
  as well as the new `fill` arguments in `shiny::plotOutput()`,
  `shiny::imageOutput()`,                         `shiny::uiOutput()`,
  `htmlwidgets::sizingPolicy()`,                                   and
  `htmlwidgets::shinyWidgetOutput()`. (#343)

## Bug fixes

* Closed #331: `copyDependencyToDir()` creates `outputDir`
  recursively, which happens in Quarto or when `lib_dir` points to a
  nested directory. (@gadenbuie, #332)

* Closed #346: `tagQuery()`'s `$remove()`, `$after()`, `$before()`,
  `$replaceWith()` had a bug that prevented expected behavior when
  sibling children values where not tag elements. (#348)

# htmltools 0.5.3

## Breaking changes

* Closed #305: `htmlPreserve()` no longer uses _inline_ code blocks
  for Pandoc's raw attribute feature when used inside a _non_-inline
  knitr/rmarkdown code chunk, and as a result, in this case, an
  additional `<p>` tag is no longer wrapped around the HTML
  content. (#306)

## Bug fixes

* Closed #301: `tagQuery()` was failing to copy all `tagList()` html
  dependencies within nest child tag lists. `tagQuery()` will now
  relocate html dependencies as child objects. (#302)

* Closed #290: htmltools previously did not specify which version of
  fastmap to use, and would fail to install with an old version of
  fastmap. (#291)

* `copyDependencyToDir()` no longer creates empty directories for
  dependencies that do not have any files. (@gadenbuie, #276)

* Closed #320: `copyDependencyToDir()` now works with dependencies
  with specified attributes. (@dmurdoch, #321)

The latest stable release is: Aleph One 1.2.1

Aleph One 1.2.1
===============

The 1.2.1 release fixes a crashing bug when carnage message MML is used. Otherwise it is identical to the 1.2 release.

Aleph One 1.2
=============

The Aleph One 1.2 release features online leaderboards and game statistics, a streamlined saved-game system, and full multiplayer
support for the original Marathon game. This release also includes a number of other new features and bug fixes.

If you do not use the bundled downloads, we recommend that you update your scenario files. Each game includes a new plugin for the
online leaderboards, and the Marathon scenario includes an important compatibility fix.

Aleph One 1.2 is not network compatible with the previous stable release.

Online features

Aleph One now integrates with the online leaderboards and player stats at lhowon.org. Sign up within Aleph One to send your
Marathon, Marathon 2, and Marathon Infinity game results to lhowon.org, where you can see your overall win percentage, kill totals,
and more.

From the new "Internet" preferences section, you can register your chat name, opt in to player stats, and configure other options
relating to online play.

Saved games

Saving your game no longer stops the action until you type in a name. Each time you use a pattern buffer, a new saved game is
created. The "Continue Saved Game" dialog shows you the in-game location, date, and game time for every save. Use the "Load Other"
button to open a saved game from an earlier version of Aleph One.

Marathon compatibility

  * Cooperative play is now supported in the original Marathon scenario
  * Net games no longer use incorrect physics models
  * Goal checking in repair levels now matches the original game
  * Grenade trajectory in low-gravity levels now matches the original game
  * Certain terminals and rechargers could be activated when they shouldn't have been. You must use the 1.2 scenario data files to
    get this update.
  * If you have an existing saved game on an "exploration" level, you may need to re-explore the level before you can exit. We
    apologize for the inconvenience.

Lua

  * Additions to the Lua API:
      - Triggers.projectile_created()
      - Game.dead_players_drop_items
      - Level.index
      - Level.map_checksum
      - Line.visible_on_automap
      - Polygon.visible_on_automap
  * Additions to the Lua HUD API:
      - Level.name
      - Level.index
      - Level.map_checksum
  * Custom fields on projectiles, monsters, etc. are cleared when the object is destroyed
  * Lua error messages contain more diagnostic info
  * Player:find_action_key_target() no longer triggers side effects

Other changes

  * New preferences:
      - Camera Bobbing (Graphics) — if disabled, the camera and weapon will remain steady, to reduce motion sickness
      - Join Pregame Lobby by Default (Internet -> Pregame Lobby) — if checked, when you choose "Join Network Game", Aleph One
        automatically presses "Find Internet Game" on the next screen. Hold down the Alt (Option) key to join a local game.
      - Use Netscript in Films, Netscript File (Environment) — use these preferences to play back films of games recorded with
        netscripts. Solo Lua scripts are no longer loaded during playback of net game films.
  * Logging in to the pregame lobby uses HTTPS to protect your password
  * The editing cursor in text fields can be moved with the arrow keys or the mouse
  * Command history in the Lua/chat console can be accessed with the up and down arrow keys
  * Team color selection in the Join dialog is disabled when the game does not support teams
  * Plugin API changes:
      - Scenario compatibility, to create plugins that load only for specific scenarios
      - More combinations of items are allowed within a single plugin
  * The Plugins dialog (Preferences > Environment > Plugins) lists the components of each plugin
  * Lua HUD support is available by plugin only
  * A custom port can be used when gathering net games. The port number can only be changed by editing the XML preferences file.

Crashes fixed

  * Maps with invalid light indexes in OpenGL (Shader) renderer
  * 3D models lacking texture coordinates
  * #STATIC command in terminals (SF #580)
  * Joining a net game after a "map not found" film playback error (SF #504)

Graphical fixes

  * 3D models display even when their center point is behind player
  * Repair chip inventory is shown in Marathon Enhanced HUD plugin
  * Carnage messages during film replay are shown for the currently viewed player
  * Static, pulsate, and wobble transfer modes improved in OpenGL (Shader) renderer
  * <player light="..."> MML setting respected in OpenGL (Shader) renderer
  * Motion sensor on magnetic levels works properly when frame rate lags (SF #372)
  * Styled chat names display properly in pregame lobby game info dialog

Platform-specific fixes

  * Linux:
      - A new configure script now succeeds when optional dependencies are missing. The script also summarizes which features are
        enabled. Packagers should review the configure options, which have changed.
      - Aleph One builds and runs with more versions of FFmpeg / libav (SF #576, #578, #582)
      - Web links no longer cause Aleph One to become unresponsive on some systems
  * Mac OS X:
      - Drag-and-drop now works in 10.10 (Yosemite)
      - Updated third-party libraries
  * Windows:
      - The .save level console command successfully overwrites existing files
      - Updated third-party libraries

Other fixes

  * MML from solo Lua plugins is no longer loaded after all other plugins
  * Plugins ignore references to non-existent files
  * Popping is reduced in certain ambient sounds
  * Various MML settings are correctly reset when changing levels
  * Some common but unhelpful messages are no longer written to the log file
  * File-overwrite dialogs respect the "Hide file extensions" preference
  * The first save in a cooperative game is less likely to fail
  * Saving a game creates fewer temporary files
  * Solo Lua is loaded when continuing a saved game even when the map file is missing
  * Joystick/mouse buttons mapped to map or volume controls are no longer ignored
  * UPnP configuration now works with more routers

################################################################################
Changed in xts 0.13.1:

o Ignore attribute order in `all.equal()`. Attribute order shouldn't matter.
  That can be checked with `identical()`.

o Only call `tzone()` and `tclass()` once in `check.TZ()`. Calling these
  functions multiple times throws multiple warnings for xts objects created
  before the tclass and tzone were attached to the index instead of the xts
  object. (#306)

o Add instructions to update old objects. Old xts objects do not have tclass
  and tzone attributes on the index. Add a function to update the object
  attributes and add a note to the warning to show how to use it. (#306)

o Return 'POSIXct' if object has no 'tclass'. An empty string is not a valid
  'tclass', so it can cause an error.

o Add notes on `plot.xts()` nomenclature and structure. Also add ASCII art to
  illustrate definitions and layout. (#103)

o Remove 'tis' support. The implementation was not even a bare minimum, and
  it's not clear it even worked correctly. (#398)

o Register missing S3 methods and update signatures. With R-devel (83995-ish),
  `R CMD check` notes these S3 methods are not registered. It also notes that
  the signatures for `as.POSIXct.tis()` and `str.replot_xts()` do not match
  the respective generics.

  It also thinks `time.frequency()` is a S3 method because `time()` is a
  generic. The function isn't exported, so renaming won't break any external
  code. Thanks to Kurt Hornik for the report. (#398)

o Format each column individually before printing. The top/bottom rows could
  have a different number of decimal places and there are often multiple
  variying spaces between columns. For example:

                                close      volume          ma         bsi
      2022-01-03 09:31:00     476.470  803961.000          NA   54191.000
      2022-01-03 09:32:00     476.700  179476.000          NA   53444.791
      2022-01-03 09:33:00     476.540  197919.000          NA  -16334.994
                      ...
      2023-03-16 14:52:00    394.6000  46728.0000    392.8636  28319.4691
      2023-03-16 14:53:00    394.6500  64648.0000    392.8755  15137.6857
      2023-03-16 14:54:00    394.6500  69900.0000    392.8873  -1167.9368

  There are 4 spaces between the index and the 'close' column, 2 between
  'close' and 'volume', 4 between 'volume' and 'ma', and 2 between 'ma' and
  'bsi'. There should be a consistent number of spaces between the columns. Most
  other classes of objects print with 1 space between the columns.

  The top rows have 3 decimals and the bottom rows have 4. These should also be
  the same. (#321)

o Only convert printed index values to character. Converting the entire index
  to character is time-consuming for xts objects with many observations. It can
  take more than a second to print an xts object with 1mm observations.

o Make column names based on number of columns. The original code was a lot
  more complicated because it tried to account for truncating the number of
  printed columns. That functionality was removed because of how complicated
  it was. So now we can simply create printed column names from the number of
  columns. (#395)

o Fix `xts()` for zero-row data.frame. The `xts()` constructor would create an
  object with a list for coredata when 'x' is a data.frame with no rows. It
  needs to convert 'x' to a matrix and throw an error if 'x' is a list. (#394)

o Reduce instances when `dplyr::lag()` warning is shown. The warning was shown
  whenever it detected dplyr is installed, even if the user wasn't actively
  using dplyr. That caused an excessive amount of noise when other packages
  attached xts (e.g. quantmod). Thanks to Duncan Murdoch for the report and
  suggested fix! (#393)

o Keep colname when only one non-time-based column. The subset `x[, -which.col]`
  would return a vector when the data frame has a time-based column and only
  one additional column. Do not drop dimensions, so 'x' will still be a
  data.frame in this case. (#391)

o Treat NA the same as NULL for start or end values. NULL represents an
  undefined index value. NA represents an unknown or missing index value. xts
  does not allow NA as index values. Subsetting an xts or zoo object by NA
  returns a zero-length object. So a NA (unknown) index value is essentially
  the same as an undefined index value. (#383, #345)

o Warn and remove NA when `periodicity()` called on date-time with NA.
  Otherwise the uninformative error below will be thrown. (#289)

      Error in try.xts(x, error = "'x' needs to be timeBased or xtsible") :
        'x' needs to be timeBased or xtsible

o Account for TZ when making names for `split.xts()`. `as.yearmon.POSIXct()`
  always sets `tz = "GMT"` when calling `as.POSIXlt()`, regardless of the xts'
  index tzone. That can cause the `as.yearmon()` results to be different days
  for GMT and the index's timezone.

  Use `format.POSIXct()` for "months" because it checks for a 'tzone' attribute
  before converting to POSIXlt and calling `format.POSIXlt()`. The conversion
  to POSIXlt is important because it checks and uses the 'tzone' attribute
  before considering the 'tz' argument. So it effectively ignores the
  `tz = "GMT"` setting in `as.yearmon()`. This is also the reason for calling
  `as.POSIXlt()` before calling `as.yearqtr()`. (#392)

################################################################################
Changed in xts 0.13.0:

### New Features

o Added a xts method for `na.fill()` to significantly increase performance when
  'fill' is a scalar. (#259)

o `as.xts()` will look for a time-based column in a data.frame if it cannot
  create an index from the row names. (#381)

o Change `print()` xts method to only show the first and last 'show.rows' rows
  if number of rows is > 'max.rows'. (#321)

o Made `str()` output more descriptive for xts objects. It now differentiates
  between xts objects that are empty, zero-width, or zero-length, and defines
  each type of object. It also adds column names to the output. (#168, #378)

o Add startup warning that `dplyr::lag()` breaks method dispatch, which means
  calls to `lag(my_xts)` won't work any more.

o Added open-ended time of day subsetting ranges. This allows users to subset
  by time of day from the start/end of the day without providing the start/end
  times (00:00:00.000/23:59:59.999).

  For example:
      x["/T1800"] # between the start of the day and 5pm
      x["T0500/"] # between 5am and the end of the day

  Thanks to Chris Katsulis for the suggestion! (#243)

o Updated `to.period()` to accept custom 'endpoints' via the 'period' argument.
  Now you can aggregate on something other than the times that 'endpoints()'
  supports. Thanks to Ethan B. Smith for the suggestion! (#302)

### Fixes

o Fixed typo and expand `period.apply()` documentation. (#205)
    The original description has:
      * "the data from INDEX[k] to INDEX[k+1]"
    But that's not consistent with the code. It should be:
      * "the data from INDEX[k]+1 to INDEX[k+1]"

o Calls to `merge.xts()` on zero-width objects now match `merge.zoo()`.
  Previously, `merge.xts()` would return empty xts objects if called on two or
  more zero-width xts objects. `merge.zoo()` would return a zero-width object
  with the correct index. (#227, #379)

o Fixed `Ops.xts()` so it always returned an object with the same class as the
  first (left-hand side) argument. It previously returned an xts object even
  if the first argument was a subclass of xts. (#49)

### Other

o Migrated unit tests from RUnit to tinytest. Thanks Mark van der Loo!

o Updated the `endpoints()` documentation to make it clearer that the result
  is based on the UNIX epoch (midnight 1970, UTC). Thanks to GitHub user
  Eluvias for the suggestion! (#299)

o Fixed `reclass()` to ensure it always adds index attributes from the
  'match.to' argument. It was not copying `tclass`, `tzone`, or `tformat` from
  'match.to' to the result object. (#43)

o Removed an unnecessary check in `na.locf()` (which is not user-facing).
  Thanks to GitHub user @cgiachalis for the suggestion! (#307)

o Updated C entry points so they're not able to accidentally be found via
  dynamic lookup (i.e. `.Call("foo", ...)`). This makes each call to the C
  code a few microseconds faster, which is nice. (#260)

o Made `merge.xts()` results consistent with `merge.zoo()` for zero-length xts
  objects with columns. The result of `merge.xts()` did not include the
  columns of any objects that had one or more columns, but zero rows. A join
  should include all the columns of the joined objects, regardless of the
  number of rows in the object. This is consistent with `merge.zoo()`. Thanks
  to Ethan B. Smith for the report and testing! (#222)

This version has added support for custom previewers and custom preloaders,
as well as completed most of the work on the concurrent plugin system.

In addition, it includes many performance optimizations, such as rewriting the
entire file system, refactoring the entire UI rendering architecture, enhancing
the task scheduling system, and implementing partial rendering for frequently
updated components.

This version also introduces many meaningful new features, such as path
auto-completion, real-time file filtering, Kitty Unicode placeholders
protocol support. Read the changelog below for details.

# rio 1.0.1

* POTENTIALLY BREAKING: Due to compiling time concerns, roll back the decision to move `arrow` to `Imports`. It is now `Suggests`. `setclass = "arrow"` works if `arrow` is installed. #315 #376

# rio 1.0.0

* Stop loading the entire namespace of a suggested package when it is available #296
* Unexport objects: `.import`, `.export`, `is_file_text`; remove
  documentation for `arg_reconcile` #321
* Update Examples to make them more realistic #327
* Add support for `qs` #275 h/t David Schoch
* Use `arrow` to import / export `feather` #340
* `export_list` can write multiple data frames to a single archive
  file (e.g. zip, tar) or a directory #346 h/t David Schoch
* `get_info` is added #350
* POTENTIALLY BREAKING: `setclass` parameter is now
  authoritative. Therefore: `import("starwars.csv", data.table = TRUE,
  setclass = "tibble")` will return a tibble (unlike previous versions
  where a data.table is returned). The default class is data
  frame. You can either explicitly use the `setclass` parameter; or
  set the option: `options(rio.import.class = "data.table")`. h/t
  David Schoch #336
* Parquet and feather are now formats supported out of the box;
  Possible to setclass to `arrow` / `arrow_table`; ArrowTabular class
  can be exported #315
* Add "extension", "labelled" vignettes
* Support readODS 2.1.0 features such as reading and writing Flat ODS;
  export Multiple data frames #358
* POTENTIALLY BREAKING: Use `writexl` instead of `openxlsx`. Option to
  read xlsx with `openxlsx` (i.e. `import("starwars.xlsx", readxl =
  FALSE)`) is always `TRUE`. The ability to overwrite an existing
  sheet in an existing xlsx file is also removed. It is against the
  design principle of `rio`.

* POTENTIALLY BREAKING: The following options are deprecated:
  `import(fread)`, `import(readr = TRUE)`, `import(haven)`,
  `import(readxl)` and `export(fwrite)`. import will almost use
  `data.table`, `haven`, `readxl`, and internal function (for fwf) to
  import and export data. Currently, those options stay for backward
  compatibility but will be removed in v2.0.0. #343 h/t David Schoch

* POTENTIALLY BREAKING: `...` is handled differently. Underlying
 functions using "Tidy" convention (e.g. `readxl::read_xlsx()`) can
 use "Base Convention" (See the new vignette: `remap`). Unused
 arguments passed to the underlying function as `...` are silently
 ignored by default. A new option `rio.ignoreunusedargs` is added to
 control this behavior. #326

* Bug fixes
   - ... is correctly passed for exporting ODS and feather #318
   - POTENTIALLY BREAKING: JSON are exported in UTF-8 by default;
     solved encoding issues on Windows R < 4.2. This won't affect any
     modern R installation where UTF-8 is the default. #318
   - POTENTIALLY BREAKING: YAML are exported using
     yaml::write_yaml(). But it can't pass the UTF-8 check on older
     systems.  Disclaimer added. #318

   - More check for the `file` argument #301
   - `import_list` works with single Excel/HTML/Zip online #294
   - Correct XML/HTML escaping #303
   - Create directory if it doesn't exist #347
* Declutter
   - remove the obsolete data.table option #323
   - write all documentation blocks in markdown #311
   - remove all @importFrom #325 h/t David Schoch
   - rearrange "Package Philosophy" as a Vignette #320
   - Create a single source of truth about all import and export functions #313
   - Clarify all concepts: now there is only `format` #351
* New authors
   - David Schoch @schochastics

# rio 0.5.30

* Maintenance release: new maintainer
* Mark `.sas7bdat` as deprecated
* Change the minimum R version to 3.6

# rio 0.5.29

* fixes for CRAN

# rio 0.5.28

* Various fixes to tests, examples, and documentation for CRAN.

## [2.0.0] 2022-11-06

### Removed
- `stg clone` is removed. Use `git clone` and `stg init` instead.
- `stg mail` is replaced with `stg email format` and `stg email send`.
- `stg refresh --spill` is replaced with dedicated `stg spill` command.
- `stg edit` no longer accepts `-O/--diff-opts`. Custom diff options is
  in conflict with editable diffs since many (most?) diff options cause
  the diff to no long be applicable.
- `stg files` no longer accepts `-O/--diff-opts`. This option was of
  marginal value since it only had a possible side effect when `--stat`
  was being used.

### Added
- `stg id` now accepts the `-b/--branch` option.
- `stg completion` command provides runtime support for shell
  completions.
- `stg completion bash` generates bash shell completion script.
- `stg completion fish` generates fish shell completion script.
- `stg completion zsh` outputs zsh shell completion script.
- `stg completion list` shows StGit commands and aliases and is used at
  completion-time by shell completion scripts.
- `stg completion man` generates man pages in asciidoc format.
- `stg email format` wraps `git format-patch` and provides a mechanism
  to generate patch emails and optional cover letter in mbox format.
- `stg email send` wraps `git send-email` and allows sending patch
  emails, either from files generated by `stg email format` or by
  specifying patches directly.
- `stg new --refresh` allows a new patch to be refreshed with changes in
  one step. The `-i/--index`, `-F/--force`, `-s/--submodules`, and
  `--no-submodules` options from `stg refresh` are also available to
  `stg new` when using `-r/--refresh`.
- `stg series` gains the `-i/--commit-id` option to display patches'
  commit ids.
- `stg show` diff output can now be limited to certain paths by
  specifying path limits on the command line.
- `stg spill` replaces `stg refresh --spill`.
- `stg version` gains `-s/--short` flag to show shortened version info.
- Added documentation for patch range syntax to stg(1) man page.
- Added `install-all` target to top-level Makefile that installs the
  executable, man pages, html pages, and shell completions.

### Changed
- StGit is now implemented entirely in Rust instead of Python.
- StGit is generally much faster; many commands are up to 4x faster.
  There was an emphasis on making informational commands such as `stg
  id`, `stg series`, and `stg top` as fast as possible to make their use
  in interactive contexts (shell prompts, IDE extensions) more
  comfortable.
- StGit error messages have been updated; many have different, and
  hopefully better, wording. Error messages are also use color (when
  color is enabled). Scripts relying on exact error messages from StGit
  will need to be updated.
- StGit output to stdout is generally more terse. Commands that change
  the stack such as `push`, `pop`, and `commit`, use sigils to denote
  the changes made to the stack. E.g. `stg commit p0..p3` will output `$
  p0..p3` where the "$" sigil means that a patch, or patch range, has
  been committed. These are all the currently used stack change sigils:
  - `+` patch was pushed
  - `-` patch was popped
  - `>` patch became the current topmost patch
  - `&` patch was updated
  - `$` patch was committed
  - `#` patch was deleted
  - `@` patch was rolled-back
  - `!` patch was hidden
- StGit aliases are now more like Git aliases. Normal aliases refer to
  StGit subcommands, but aliases prefixed with '!' are shell aliases
  that may run arbitrary commands. An example normal alias would be `git
  config stgit.alias.list 'series --description --empty'`. An example
  shell alias would be `git config stgit.alias.st '!git status
  --short'`.
- Commands such as `stg goto`, `stg push`, and `stg pop` now require
  full/correct patch names on the command line and no longer accept
  unambiguous patch name prefixes. When an inexact patch name is
  provided on the command line, the error message will now suggest
  similar valid patch names.
- Additional template search paths were added. In addition to looking
  for template files in .git/, also look in
  `$XDG_CONFIG_HOME/stgit/templates/` and `$HOME/.stgit/templates`. This
  search strategy is consistent with how git looks for the global config
  file.
- The new `--signoff` patch edit option supersedes the deprecated
  `--sign` and `--sign-by` options. `--signoff` without its optional
  value does the same thing as `--sign`, while `--signoff=<value>` does
  the same thing as `--sign-by=<value>`.
- The `--ack` and `--review` patch edit options now optionally take a
  value. The `--ack-by` and `--review-by` options are deprecated.
- `stg branch` output is now generally less verbose.
- `stg branch --describe` replaces `stg branch --description`. The
  `--description` subcommand remains supported as a hidden alias to
  `--describe`, but the description string must now be provided as its
  own argument; i.e. `--description="description string"` is no longer
  supported.
- `stg branch --list` now produces colorized output. The `--color`
  option or `NO_COLOR` environment variable may be used to affect this
  behavior.
- `stg branch --rename` now supports renaming regular git branches in
  addition to StGit-enabled branches.
- `stg clean` now uses `-A` and `-U` short options for `--applied` and
  `--unapplied` instead of `-a` and `-u`. This is done for consistency
  with `stg series` and `stg show`.
- `stg import` now only recognizes compressed patches by their file
  extension (`.bz2` or `.gz`) and no longer proactively attempts to
  decompress using all known decompressors.
- `stg import` support for compressed input files is selectable at
  compile time using the `import-compressed` feature.
- `stg import` support for importing from a URL is selectable at compile
  time using the `import-url` feature. **N.B.** there is a measurable
  runtime performance impact of building with `import-url` due to the
  unconditional, pre-main initialization of `curl` which affects **all**
  `stg` commands.
- `stg log` now colorizes output by default. The `--color` option or
  `NO_COLOR` environment variable may be used to affect this behavior.
- `stgit.new.verbose` changed to `stgit.edit.verbose` and now also
  affects edit behavior for `edit`, `refresh`, and `squash` along with
  `new`.
- `stg new` now accepts `-e/--edit` and `-d/--diff` instead of
  `-v/--verbose`
- `stg pick` now allows a mix of commits and patches to be picked
  whereas previously only a single commit xor multiple patches could be
  picked.
- `stg pick` now performs a single stack transaction for all the picked
  patches/commits instead of one transaction per pick.
- `stg push` now attempts to perform three-way merges, which may improve
  conflict resolution in some cases. This feature is enabled by default
  when git >= 2.32.0 is detected.
- `stg rebase --interactive` the "squash" and "fixup" instructions may
  no longer be applied to the first patch in the instruction list. The
  stated semantics of both "squash" and "fixup" is that they squash the
  labeled patch with the preceding patch, which is not possible/valid
  when there is no preceding patch.
- `stg refresh` no longer has a `--spill` flag. Use `stg spill` instead.
- `stg series` has updated colorized output.
- `stg series` now requires patch range arguments to be both in-order
  and contiguous. Constraining patch ranges in this manner ensures that
  the output from `stg series` is always a valid/correct view of a
  subset of the series.
- `stg show` diff output respects the `--color` option.
- `stg squash` now allows the full suite of patch edit options,
  including `-d/--diff`. Previously only a few message-related options
  were available.
- `stg version` now displays copyright and license statements.

### Fixed

- `stg branch --create` inherits the current branch's remote branch
  configuration, if available. The Python implementation had an apparent
  bug that prevented inheriting the remote branch configuration when
  creating from the current branch.
- Avoid case insensitive patch name collisions. On operating systems
  with case-insensitive paths, patch names that only differ by case lead
  to patch reference collisions. StGit now ensures that patch names are
  distinct under case insensitive comparisons.
- `stg pull` and `stg rebase` record updated stack state instead of
  deferring until the next stack-modifying command to do so.

  the same thing as `--sign-by=<value>`.
- `stg squash` now allows the full suite of patch edit options,
  including `-d/--diff`. Previously only a few message-related options
  were available.

  `--ack-by`, and `--review-by` options which allow those respective
  trailers' values to be specified by the user on the command line (#92)

### Changed
- Stack metadata version 5; stack metadata is moved from
  `refs/heads/<branch>.stgit` to `refs/stacks/<branch>` and the stack
  metadata file now uses a JSON format instead of the prior custom
