iPad display of the dashboard issue

Expected Behaviour

Normal access of the "Start a new measure" from the "Action" DDL

Actual Behaviour

Message de notre user : On my iPad I am using IOS 9.2.1 and Safari. After trying multiple times per day since the new release I've given up on trying to access the "Start a new measure" from the drop down. Thankfully, there is the Start a new measure button at the bottom of the screen.
