Steps to reproduce the bug

Have 326 subscribed to channels, reload what's new.

(I can provide a database export privately)

Expected behavior

All public videos of subscribed to channels show in chronological order.

Actual behavior

At least my channel (possibly others too) isn't displayed, even after loading the channel manually.

Yes, it just sends to the top where there was a livestream.

Oh yes,‌‌ the bug is also present on my device with Android 11. I require to refresh the feed twice to ensure to load all channels.

I found a way to figure out at least part of the videos that aren't caught with slow mode: load in fast mode and then in slow mode. Some videos will not have a length given, those are the videos that slow mode didn't catch. For me it has worked out to about 1 in 20-30 videos.
