Steps to reproduce the bug

  1. Open What's New feed
  2. Refresh videos
  3. Some channels don't refresh even after repeated attempts, as indicated below "feed last updated"
  4. Enable fast mode
  5. Feed refreshes

This has gotten progressively worse (i.e. more channels have the problem) over the past few days, and it's taking more attempts before everything refreshes. That makes me think YouTube is slowly rolling out a change.

Same, I also have this issue. At first that was like 10 channels and they all were loaded eventually after refreshing the feed several times. Now it's 66 and they can't be refreshed in slow mode at all

I'm seeing the same issue, I have around 150 subscriptions and ~45 fail to load, but I've been able to repeatedly pull to refresh it and get a few more down to around 5-15 that don't load.
It seems I'm on a similar build as OP, but I'll include it anyway.

This is possibly a duplicate of #8005 which I think has more details on it right now.
