Thanks, looks interesting! Could you maybe split your commit into three?

  1. Separate patches into dedicated source files
  2. Use a patch file to patch genieutils
  3. Add mod to multiply civilization bonuses

I opened #4 and #5 to address points 1 and 2

If those get merged, i will resolve the draft status of this PR and merge/squash to keep a clean history

Any Luck / progress on the x3 and x9 civ bonus auto-mod? Now, that the Indians got released.
