Displays callback URL for auth integrations before completing the install step in Admiral.

Bug Fixes

Fixes Post out resources not getting marked as a failure, when Post out resources section fails.
Postgres and other shippable services related envs were not available from AMI v5.4.1 onwards to v5.6.1.
Missing psmisc package in drydock, microbase images which resulted in failures in stopping some services like RethinkDB.
Fixes Commit and PR page of the SCM shows incorrect build number for pipeline jobs.
