This is the first milestone, the primer, what comes before the actual genesis.
What will be completed within this milestone:

• Initial documentation for organisational structure, workflows and token design drafts
• very basic structures for onboarding, voting and consensus building
• Upon completion of the milestone the ACO will be ready to open doors far and wide, as well as apply for funding in the Cardano Catalyst community
