Resolves #495
This PR is for updating the contact us page with a new look. Since Material UI was already implemented, I modified the form and added the google map from the practicum site in English. I also changed around some the text for a better look. I kept the contact us title in the middle. I added the official email for Belinda's closet on the school website along the phone number at the bottom of the form.
