As a dev, I will want to implement material UI onto the contact us page similar to the practicum site contact us page.

Update: after further looking it seems material UI has already been implemented on the page so at that point, I'm just modifying it to look better and cleaner similar to the practicum site.

Currently how the contact us page looks right now:
