As a developer, I will want to:

  • Adjust so that page elements on the Edit User Role page is not broken or cropped or off-screen for mobile screens
  • Users shouldn't have to side-scroll to view whole page
  • Improve UI appearance
  • Disable "Ok" button unless changes are made

Resolves #513

This PR improves the UI appearance of the Edit User Role page, implements responsive UI for mobile screens and disables the "Ok" dialog button until changes are made to the user's role.
