gulp plugin for pure-cjs #9

I started to develop a gulp plugin for pure-cjs.
It's not finished yet, but I'm already using it with satisfaction, and I need some feedback...

Thanks, I was thinking about building plugin for Gulp but didn’t find time for that.

I’ve posted two issues (parroit/gulp-pure-cjs#1, parroit/gulp-pure-cjs#2) - could you please review & fix them before I could include this plugin into pure-cjs docs?
