Describe the bug
When publishing a new report, the created date is showing in the header. It should be the published date.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create a status report on day x
  2. Publish a status report on day x+1
  3. Observe the heading is day x

Expected behavior
I want the date in the heading to be the published date.
