chore: remove date filter experiment

Problem

Implements the test improved version of the Date Picker, after the experiment in #10462

Changes

• Resolves Updated date range selection workflow #9727
  • All changes have been implemented except for the default 30 days option, which is going to be tested in a different experiment
• Resolves Design: Changes to the date selector for queries, for ease of use and physics  #9453
  • Now the calendar automatically selects the current date and doesn't allow for future dates
• Resolves Insights date filtering/interval logic is confusing #8059
  • Interval is now automatically changed based on your date range selection
