The script should push the zOS app in zos/packages/vouching and create instances for the contracts BasicJurisdiction, ZEPToken, Vouching and ZEPValidator.

Use the exported commands from: #177

The script should not just perform the actions, but also verify that the deployment was successful and everything works as expected.

It would be nice if the script also provides links to etherscan, exposes expenses, etc...
