[15.0] account_invoice_fiscal_position_update: Tests are red in the pull requests

Hi @Tecnativa, @nicomacr and @willytal, I noticed that the tests are red because of this module, you can see this here #1161. Maybe the solution may be related to the merged fix in 14.0 here #1141. Please, may you fix it?
