[Code Bounty] No-swearing quirks

About The Pull Request

This is a PR that adds two new quirks: Kakologophobia and Easily Offended.

Both act as a fear of curse words - but differ in their effects when hearing them. Kakologophobia causes you to freak out when hearing swears, as well as preventing you from saying them; whereas Easily Offended causes negative moodlets when hearing them, with swears from the quirk owner causing an even more negative mood change.

The swear word list is made up of words which could be considered swears by the average person. However, I have deliberately excluded certain words from the swear word list - in particular, I've excluded words that would easily veer into server-rule-breaking territory.

This PR is still in progress, and as such has been marked as a draft. In particular, I still need to:

• See about getting some "embarrassed" temp effect sprites from the spriters Once Adds *annoyed and *sweatdrop emotes #4988 is merged, I will make another PR changing the temp effects
• Figure out if there's any additional swear words that could be added to the list
• Test that the quirks actually work
• Finalize and implement the quirk point values (we're currently thinking -1 for Easily Offended, and -8 for Kakologophobia)

This PR is ready, but I recommend merging these two other PRs first, for functionality to work correctly:
