- NanoPi NEO3 | Disable boot output and login console on nonexistent TTY1
- DietPi-Software | Fix serial console detection on first run setup. Since dietpi-software output is piped into a log file, fd1 is the pipe and not the console. Use "tty" command instead, which works in every case. Also imply ttyGS0 and ttyFIQ0, which are handled by dietpi-config now as well.

- DietPi-Config | Do not show reboot prompt after static IP changed. Currently, network connections are forcefully dropped and restarted, which applies the new IP and does break SSH connections if IP changes. A check and alternative apply on reboot would actually make sense.
