+ DietPi-Software | Plex Media Server: Derive latest version from "https://plex.tv/pms/downloads/5" which is the bases for the official download page as well
+ DietPi-Software | Plex Media Server: Do not force en_US.UTF-8 locale which was only required for the dev2day repo
+ DietPi-Process_tool | Plex Media Server: Renice "com.plexapp.system" to 15 which it is spawns at
+ DietPi-Process_tool | Minor coding
+ DietPi-Software | Plex Media Server: Tiny, just add comment to remind us that /var/lib/plexmediaserver removal on uninstall is only required for pre 1.15 Plex version, however we keep it inside for a while
+ CHANGELOG | Plex Media Server: Now installs the latest version automatically
