[Issue] LAMs deploying as wheeled vehicles

Brief Description *

More weirdness with LAMs. They deploy as wheeled vehicles, regardless of configuration type in MegaMek. You need to convert mode to AirMek before being able to use them as non-wheeled units.

3. Steps to Reproduce

1. Deploy a LAM on the field
2. It's motive type is "wheeled" and your only option to convert mode is to AirMek

Seems like my images didn't upload. First pic is deploying a Shadow Hawk LAM as biped, second is of it showing as wheeled.

Relates to #6359 - Aerospace use Wheeled when on the ground, so I suspect that's what's happening here. Unsure if it's a duplicate, but I think both issues could be fixed at the same time.
