If the RUN_START animation is interrupted by rolling (for example), and Lara then walk-run-jumps, she has to wait for the jump lock check to reset.

Fixed in TR1X with responsive jumping, see details below.

This resets the jump lock when going from walking to running to fix
cases when previous RUN_START animations have been interrupted.

Resolves LostArtefacts#1587.
