Use our karma & grunt-karma forks

These forks contain some bugfixes that enhance performance, configurability and reliability.

Currently the following PRs are relevant:

• fix(server): launch browsers when file_list is ready karma-runner/karma#1146 (fix intermittent timeouts)
• Temporarily remove Grunt's uncaughtException listeners. karma-runner/grunt-karma#103 (avoid dead browser processes)
• Use Grunt's file resolution karma-runner/grunt-karma#122 (improve "files" configuration)

Note: Any changes made to these forks should be contributed to the relevant upstream repositories. We don't want any long-lived patches there.

Use the latest revision master-patched branch of the following repos. (Do not use the named branch inside the package.json because that makes the version unpredictable and might cause caching issues with npm)
