This adds metrics on the webservers and the workers.
It reports metrics on:

All HTTP endpoints
How many events all calendars have left
Information on number of successful and failed duty officers & calendar updates
Information on remaining duty officers & calendars to update
Information on what duty officers & calendars failed to fetch
