# Pull Request

## Description

This change updates the debug environment variable from `DEBUG` to
`INPUT_DEBUG` across the project. The modification affects the VSCode
launch configuration, the Justfile, and the custom logging utility.
Additionally, the README has been updated to include the `DEBUG` input
parameter in the documentation.

In the `pyproject.toml` file, the empty description field has been
removed.

These changes improve consistency in environment variable naming and
provide clearer documentation for users of the GitHub Action.
