Upload Windows binaries earlier

The CI runs very long. I checked. The Windows binaries can be uploaded at the same point in time as the Linux binaries.

Additonally:

• fix casing macOS (I hope, the last one)
• remove obsolete step (we had a non-macOS step in macOS notarization part)
• remove obsolete spaces

Mandatory checks

• Change in CHANGELOG.md described in a way that is understandable for the average user (if applicable)
• Tests created for changes (if applicable)
• Manually tested changed features in running JabRef (always required)
• Screenshots added in PR description (for UI changes)
• Checked developer's documentation: Is the information available and up to date? If not, I outlined it in this pull request.
• Checked documentation: Is the information available and up to date? If not, I created an issue at https://github.com/JabRef/user-documentation/issues or, even better, I submitted a pull request to the documentation repository.

• After merge, the branch protection rules need to be updated. I renamed "
  Create installer and portable version for linux" to "linux installer and portable version" (because I wanted to have the OS displayed in the graphical view)
