Minor release of public data needed to run Anima scripts. This data is required to run Anima scripts in their v3.1 version and above.

It includes:

  • an atlas for intracranial segmentation
  • an identity transform (often used by scripts)
  • the MNI FA template (required for along tract patient diffusion analysis)

More details on installation and the scripts that use them in the documentation.
