Anima scripts public data v3.2

Minor release of public data needed to run Anima scripts. This data is required to run Anima scripts in their v3.2 version and above.

It includes:

• a three tissues probabilistic atlas used as prior in tissues segmentation
• an atlas for intracranial segmentation
• an identity transform (often used by scripts)
• the MNI FA template (required for along tract patient diffusion analysis)
