Only one failure:

Error: 1 failed step!
brew test --retry --verbose glyr

but that's pre-existing.

This fixes CI failures found in Homebrew#66450, Homebrew#70319, Homebrew#70419, etc.

Also, update the license. From src/glyrc/glryc.c:
