ES #498: 2020 SEO Spanish Translation (#2255)

* Translation & fixed typos

Translated chapter and fixed some typos on the English chapter

However, maintaining a separate mobile web version is not recommended anymore by Google, who endorse responsive web design instead.

The browser's viewport is the visible area of a page content, which changes depending on the used device. The `<meta name="viewport">` tag (or viewport meta tag) allows you to specify to browsers the width and scaling of the viewport, so that it is correctly sized across different devices. Responsive websites use the viewport meta tag as well as CSS media queries to deliver a mobile friendly experience.

The discoverability of links in popular JavaScript frameworks used for SPAs increased dramatically in 2020 over [the previous year](../2019/seo#spa-crawlability). In 2019, 13.08% of mobile navigation links on React sites used deprecated hash URLs. For 2020, only 6.12% of the tested React links were hashed.
