gewisdb parity update

This is a parity update for the website based on the changes that will be made to GEWIS/gewisdb in August 2022.

Changes include:

• Removal of gender from Members
• Switching to AddressTypes enum for Address types.
• Switching to MeetingTypes enum for Meeting types (also used in (Sub)Decision).
• Switching to OrganTypes enum for Organ types (also used in Foundation subdecision).
• Adding distinction between active and inactive organ members (closes Add "Inactive Member" as recognized organ installation function for fraternities #1484 and fixes Undefined array key "functions" when listing organ memberships on member self page #1495).
• Switching the audit committee from KKK to KCC.
