This pull request adds basic support for the Sipeed Tang Nano 20k FPGA Development board, including for the Gowin GW2AR-18C chip used by the Tang Nano.
This pull request depends on the changes to the oss-cad-suite package in pull request FPGAwars/tools-oss-cad-suite#8.
Additionally, this pull request adds the
fpga_modelscons flag, which contains the full name of the FPGA, as required in the call tonextpnr-himbaechel.
