What does this PR do?
Changes
TestStreamSendsErrorCodeexpectation to get the gRPC tag code from the last span, as it's not guaranteed to always be the last span the one corresponding to the server.Instead, we filter all the spans and get the one server span that contains the gRPC tag code.
Motivation
Unflake all the flaky tests.
