Motivation
Investigate why a lot of LCP are missing on Initial Views
Changes
Add a log behind a FF every time we drop the first LCP.
Testing
The same kind of log have been present on staging for a few days. I opened this PR with a feature flag so we can quickly enable or disable it to avoid too many logs.
I have gone over the contributing documentation.
